Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN DEC. 8 & DEC. 28 WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL JAN. 2. 

Due to all items being made to order, my current shipping times are 2-3 weeks, not including shipping time. I try to ship orders sooner, but never more than 3 weeks.

If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me PRIOR to ordering to see if I am able to accommodate your time frame. 

Please be aware that I cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Packages are given "expected delivery dates", however these dates are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves my shop, it is up to USPS to deliver in that "expected" time. I am not responsible if USPS fails to deliver by the expected delivery date. When your package leaves our shop, it is USPS’ responsibility to get your items to you, and a tracking number is provided. We are not responsible for shipping delays. We can not be held responsible for items once they have been shipped. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

If you need to cancel an order, you have up to 48 hours after your order has been placed to cancel. No cancellations after this time as your item may be in production.

Due to item customization, we will refund or correct items only if we make a personalization error. If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If we do not receive notification of any issues with your order within 7 days of receiving your shipment, there will be no refunds or replacements.

We do make exceptions to the replacement policy, but never past an item that was delivered 14 days ago.

Due to personalization, most products are final and cannot be exchanged. If we allow a return or exchange, the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping. It will be determined on a case by case basis.
