When will my order ship?

The shipping and processing time is stated at the top of the page as well as in our "Our Policy" link. The usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (not including shipping). All holiday delivery deadlines are stated at the top of the page.

Custom and personalized orders?

I do accept custom orders! Message me what you're thinking and we can go from there!

Can I get a mock up/proof before I order?

Unfortunately, I don't send proofs prior to your order. It takes time to make up the design and send it and I've been burned too many times. After you've ordered, I will gladly send as many proofs as you want.

Do you offer expediated shipping?

I do offer expediated shipping but you must message me PRIOR to ordering to make sure that I can get you what you what by when you need it. Be sure to include, the item, size, and when you need it by to make sure I have it in stock and can do it. Just because the item says in stock, does not mean it can be expedited. If you order without messaging, your order is subject to cancelation if I can not get it to you in time.
